How could he miss one of the most common cheese for this dish. I guess not everyone is going taste the cheddar in the carbonara mac n cheese with 4 or 5 other cheeses in it. The tastes ,flavors and aromas of asiago, fontina, and parmesan could easily overshadow the cheddar. That was what possibly threw Chris for a loop.

I, too, am a huge Top Gun fan. When i heard the opening was pushed to June I was upset. When I was told it was being pushed to December, i cried. I am in near end stage terminal cancer. I was hopeful I could make it till June....but December is a bit much. I hope the movie is everything I hope it will be.
